We provide a Google Sheets template you can copy to keep your own independent record of every shipment you send us. The sheet lives in your Google Drive — we have no access and can't edit it. Google's built-in version history acts as a tamper-evident audit trail of when each row was added, with timestamps and authorship attached automatically.
This is optional but strongly recommended — it gives you a paper trail you fully own and control, separate from anything stored on this portal.

Consignment Agreement
Your binding contract with ReDirect Liquidations Ltd (trading as Carbo Liquidations)

Accept the Terms & Conditions first
You need to accept the Terms & Conditions before you can sign the Consignment Agreement. The two work together — the T&Cs are the rules of the arrangement; the Agreement applies them to you specifically.
We've pre-filled what we already know. You need to confirm a few business details and sign at the bottom. Should take 2–3 minutes.
Our side is already signed. The agreement template is pre-applied with our authorised signatory (Mohammed Mangera, Director). When you sign and submit, the agreement is immediately binding — no waiting on us.
What you're signing — in plain English
A short summary of the main points. This is a reading aid — the full legal terms are here and are what actually binds.
- We sell on your behalf as your agent. Your stock stays your property until a buyer pays for it. We never buy it from you.
- Commission is 20% on sales under £200, 15% on £200+, calculated on net proceeds (after eBay/postage fees). The higher the price we get, the more we earn — so our interest is aligned with yours.
- You get paid monthly. Sales from one calendar month are paid by the 5th working day after the end of the following month (e.g. May sales are paid by early July). The wait lets buyer return windows expire first.
- We hold your stock for up to 60 days. If something hasn't sold by then, we'll contact you to discuss returning it, liquidating it for whatever we can get, or disposing of it. No pre-decision required from you today.
- We use the highest price we can get, researched from live eBay sold data. We may reduce the price over time on slow-movers to keep stock turning.
- Counterfeit stock is taken seriously. Anything we believe is counterfeit gets withheld and reported to brand owners or authorities. You take liability for any consequences.
- If we lose or damage your stock through negligence, we put it right by reimbursement or fair settlement. Dishonest conduct by a director can be pursued against that director personally — the corporate structure isn't a shield.
- We can change these operational terms in future (e.g. commission rates, the 60-day period). If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before — you decide whether to continue or end the arrangement.
- This summary is not the contract. The full Terms & Conditions are what legally bind you. We've drafted this summary in good faith to be accurate, but where summary and full terms disagree, the full terms win.

These terms may change in future. Per Clause 13 of the T&Cs, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change, and you'll have the option to continue or end the arrangement.
